Since September, our Michelin Star Chef Sebastien Sanjou pairs up with another Michelin Star Chef to create a one-of-a-kind partnership of flavors and creativity.
After sharing his kitchen with the Ibarboure Brothers, Chef Stephan Paroche, or even Chef Vivien Durand, it is time for the talented Chef Gabien Bouguet from Le Donjon to take the lead of this culinary experience on Tuesday, March 14th. Discover a French Cuisine twisted, fierce and vehement under those two gastronomy masters.

Set in a beautifully contemporary reworking of the classic dining room, Michelin-star restaurant Trente-trois, is orchestrated by chef Sébastien Sanjou. Floor-to-ceiling wooden panelling creates an intimate setting where guests can savour crafted recipes around a core of assertive flavours, enhanced by sun-drenched notes.
Bar Jean Goujon
With its fireplace, mood lighting and cosy sofas, Bar Jean Goujon is an opulent salon decorated with the building’s original gold leaf moulding and evokes the seduction of an exclusive members’ club. Guests can enjoy a classic cocktail reimagined by the expert mixologist, a glass of champagne, or be tempted by one of the most unique Japanese whiskey selections in Paris.
Whether entertaining guests or enjoying diner à deux, dining in at Maison Villeroy is even more memorable than dining out.
Guests may choose from a menu of classic and contemporary dishes, freshly prepared and elegantly served in their suite.
For a bespoke in-room dining experience, a private chef is able to prepare a bespoke menu for the occasion, whether it’s a private celebration or an impromptu canapé party for invited guests.
Maison Villeroy was designed like a private mansion, yours. And at home, you do what you want.
Wish you privatize one of our apartments for an intimate dinner or buy-out the entire house to host an unforgettable celebration… the only limit is your imagination.
Butlers, private chef, table and flower designer… here, personalization is king. Tell us more about yourself, your tastes, your desires and let us create your most memorable event.

About Chef Sébastien Sanjou
Originally from Bigorre in south-western France, Sébastien Sanjou was born into a family which had been making and selling food for 5 generations. In 2002, at the age of 20, he opened his own restaurant in a renovated 16th century sheep farm in the heart of the Var region. At the head of the Relais des Moines, where he earned his first Michelin star in 2013 at just 31 years of age, he promotes farm-to-table cuisine, working closely with local producers to source the finest, freshest produce. In 2019, he took on a new challenge by joining the team of Maison Villeroy in Paris, making Trente-Trois a discreet dining choice in the exclusive Triangle d’Or district. In January 2021, he was awarded by the famous red guide with one Michelin star for his Parisian address.
